I was referred to the Manningham through my close friend Michael Rosano who is a real estate agent at Fletchers. Michael referred me to Adrian Lieschke who was exceptional and extremely diligent and professional. He set realistic expectations and time frames. Sandi Mongor was also introduced shortly after whereby Sandi was able to be extremely communicative and very thorough with vetting applications for the property. All in all my property was leased within 2 weeks and I am really happy with the outcome. Highly recommend the Fletchers Manningham office.

We purchased our property from Fletchers Manningham, then decided to lease the property out through Fletchers Manningham. The team have been helpful in guiding us through from the start to finish. From the changes of new rental laws to what was required to make our property attractive to prospective tenants. Even in these difficult times the team with Adrian Lieschke and Jade Ktenas bringing home the results in a quick and timely manner.
