Ben Williams from Flectchers was employed through Ian Reed Vendor advocates on behalf of my mother Sandra to conduct a sale campaign of her unit leading up to an auction. Ben gave us great information of decluttering and setting up the unit, so it looked its best leading into the sale campaign. Ben also gave us a lot of information on recent unit sales in the local area and a realistic expectation of the value of the unit Ben was very diligent in all his interactions with myself and my mother keeping us informed on all open house results and any per auction offers. Once pre-action offers were submitted Ben meet with us and spoke about what we could expect per auction and on auction day Ben then spoke with all the prospective buyers and came back to us with a pre-auction offer that we accepted. This price was well above simular units sold in the same area Overall, Ben conducted himself in a very professional manner made this whole process hassle free.
