Ben gave us great information of decluttering and setting up the unit, so it looked its best leading into the sale campaign. Ben also gave us a lot of information on recent unit sales in the local area and a realistic expectation of the value of the unit Ben was very diligent in all his interactions with myself and my mother keeping us informed on all open house results and any per auction offers.
