Great to put our trust in Mark Fletcher
Throughout the process of preparing a Templestowe property for sale, Mark provided clear advice on what needed to be done to present the house and garden for the target market. Once the campaign was underway, he communicated regularly with us and was clear in framing our expectations. The property was auctioned and achieved a result well in excess of the range we had agreed.

Outstanding! Exceptional! Exemplary!
I met with several real estate agents prior to selling my home and everyone seemed nice enough, all promising the best service, the best results and then they pull out the big guns: "the best in this area" and my favourite eye roller "the most extensive data base". Finally I was told from someone who I know to be nothing short of ruthless in terms of expectation and judging character, to contact Rino Presutto. The first gut feeling I had when I met Rino was that this guy is genuine - the real deal - in an industry notoriously overrun by big egos. Of course he had all the knowledge and expertise you would expect from an agent, but it's all the other things, the icing on the cake things that make him the one you want selling your property (and yes, no matter what suburb your property is in)! There's something going seriously right at Fletchers North Balwyn because even the team that Rino surrounds himself with were excellent - a special shout out to the spectacular Gabrielle McVie! The number one reason why Rino in particular stands out a mile from the crowd is because he doesn't just want great results for his own reputation, he sincerely wants a great result for his client! No only could I not fault him, but the more the campaign progressed the more I knew I couldn't have picked a better agent with a better team. In terms of providing flawless service and a great result, he is infinitely harder on himself than you as his client could ever be, and this is exactly what you want in a real estate agent!

Really patient and best communication agent
He is best agent I have even met, to help me to complete my buying house dream in Melbourne. Unlike other agent in I have deal with, he gave me accurate and prompt information between me and vendor. First I put a offer after inspect house, he rang me in half hour to let me know vendor accept the offer, and we signed contract together within one hour. Althought vendor regreat, but he helped me to negotiate with each other and achived final price. I like his working attitude and passion, really care about not just vendor but also buyer, especially in this crazy seller's housing market, we get our dream house quickly before auction. I highly recommend this agent.

Aaron is the best agent in Manningham!
To start with I was really stressed about the whole process of selling a house but once I spoke to Aaron Zhao,it made the world of difference and it wasn't long to make up my mind to have him to sale my property. Everything was very professional, friendly, understanding, knows the market and very detail .Overall, very delighted for the price we got for our property and I'd rate my experience with Aaron Zhao 11/10 because it was absolutely brilliant.

Very tricky sale, but he got us there
Our place was in a very unique situation and very hard to determine the market value. Rob worked hard to bring in buyers and was able to help us nail down the market price, balanced with the right price we needed for our new purchase. We had a lot of interest, although with the quirks of our property Rob had a tough task to answer all the questions and help people see the value. With his patient, calm, honest and yet super sharp nature, Rob was able to secure us a result when at times it seemed impossible! I highly recommend Rob and the Fletchers team to anyone in the Whitehorse/Manningham area.
