Rino’s service to us personally was excellent from the moment we met. His advice to have a referred stylist was great advice. The inspections he set up and timing were followed through well and follow up feedback was thorough. I would highly recommend Rino to anyone I know.

Rino is a fantastic agent to deal with. He was always prompt when responding to our queries which we found refreshing compared to other agents we have dealt with. On auction day he and the team were fantastic to deal with and have continued to be so well after the sale.

Rino always presented himself extremely well and was the epitome of professionalism. He was prompt, reliable and had exceptional local area knowledge. The property was sold under the very difficult circumstances of COVID-19 with no open houses allowed. Despite these obstacles, Rino successfully found a purchaser within the marketing campaign timeframe. His positive attitude and friendly disposition makes him very easy to deal with and succeed where others may fail.

Mark Fletcher was our absolutely trusted advisor through the sale of our home. His communication with us and potential buyers was transparent and authentic. Also, it was based on a wealth of knowledge and experience. Due to the timing of our sale, were impacted by COVID-19, and yet Mark stayed ahead of the changes and adjusted the sales campaign to maximise the chances of a positive outcome for us. His approach is very different from other agents we have dealt with, and as a result of his skills and integrity, we would not hesitate in recommending Mark's services.
