I named this review “in the trenches” for it has been one of the longest, hardest, complicated, stressful and depressing times that I have ever HAD to sell a property. To describe what Mark and I went through in a time where the Royal Commission has had an impact, the banks’ lending criteria stifled the market, buyer confidence shot, investors gone, and the tumble weed kicked in. Mark handled this in the most sincere, supportive and honest way that left me feeling comforted. Mark was honest about his own experiences, just about counselled me daily and told me (nicely) like it is with regards to the Market. He did not over or under exaggerate either, I have a subscription to most over our conversation points and he was bang on!
