Experienced showed on auction day
This is the third house that Thomas helped us sell. He was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through a number of tricky situations on auction day to get us the result we wanted. He was very transparent throughout the whole campaign and gave good practical advice.

An outstanding Agent
From our first meeting to the sold sticker on our home, Rob Sheahan has been an outstanding Agent and one that we would highly recommend. Rob was spot on with knowledge of our area and the current property market. He provided clear explanations throughout the process and always kept it real - whilst being supportive and encouraging. Above all else, Rob was good-humoured, enthusiastic and no questions were too much trouble. Fantastic experience with Rob and Jeanne at team at Fletchers. They went above and beyond for us.
From the first meeting with Rob it was clear he had extensive knowledge of both our local and broader markets. He was super organized & arrived with a huge booklet of local sales, listings, trends, graphs etc. His communication with us was professional, genuine & honest but also with a great sense of humour. Rob really listened to what was important to us and proritized these things & was also able to be flexible & adapt things as needed along the way. Rob and Jeanne are real people people and went above and beyond for us throughout the campaign. They are super passionate about what they do but remain humble in a profession that can sometimes lack in that aspect. They not only connect to sellers but also to buyers in a genuine, friendly, fun yet still completely professional way. Sold in a tough market
From our first meeting, Rob's drive to sell our house and attention to detail was what made us choose Rob as our agent. He listened to our thoughts and ideas, didn't rush us to get the house on the market but when it was time to go to market it was done quickly and efficiently.
