We found Jeremy to be an excellent agent in that in addition to demonstrating his competence in the above skills and knowledge: after our property was passed in at auction, he persevered for a number of weeks until he found an appropriate buyer. In the meantime he was very encouraging in assuring us that our property would sell sooner rather than later. He made persuasive use of his market knowledge in suggesting a selling price that was more appropriate to current market valuation of our property, His attitude and perseverance convinced us to retain our property on the market with Fletchers rather than to try to sell with another agent.
