I was not initially going to use Fletchers, however Rob, and David convinced me to let them present for a chance at my listing. The presentation was credible and thorough, and personslised. Rob mms'd me a video after the presentation and it sealed the deal. Rob, together with David, marketed my property just as the market shifted down.
