We found Jeremy to be an excellent agent in that in addition to demonstrating his competence in the above skills and knowledge: after our property was passed in at auction, he persevered for a number of weeks until he found an appropriate buyer. In the meantime he was very encouraging in assuring us that our property would sell sooner rather than later. He made persuasive use of his market knowledge in suggesting a selling price that was more appropriate to current market valuation of our property, His attitude and perseverance convinced us to retain our property on the market with Fletchers rather than to try to sell with another agent. I was not initially going to use Fletchers, however Rob, and David convinced me to let them present for a chance at my listing. The presentation was credible and thorough, and personslised. Rob mms'd me a video after the presentation and it sealed the deal. Rob, together with David, marketed my property just as the market shifted down. It was a tougher sell than expected but Rob remained positive, was both persistent and resilient, and kept up communications with me. Whilst my auction was not a positive result, my expectations were managed, and together Rob and David negotiated a sale I was comfortable with a few weeks later. I'd recommend Rob, and Dave, for sales in the local area.
