Very happy with our result.

From the beginning Rob looked after us very well, held our hand throughout this period and was available at every opportunity to answer questions about our selling process. Over Anzac Biscuits and Coffee we developed a strategy at his suggestion which brought us a result in 20 days !!! Fletcher's sold 2 other properties within 300 metres of us during the same 20 day period !!! Results tell his story.

What an agent and what a service!

This is the first time that my wife and I have sold a house and we initially found the ordeal, overwhelming. We contacted many agents and found that Rob from first impressions, stood out. We were contacted almost everyday and given updates which made us feel involved in the sale process. The house sale settled for a price that we were both more than happy with. A week after the sale, my wife and I went to a house auction to buy our next home. Rob decided to go over and above his duty by coming along to the auction to help us bid. I will only be using Rob as my agent from now on and I will spread the word to all friends and family of the fantastic service I received. Professional, knowledgeable and hassle free

The night Kaining stepped into our home for an appraisal , we knew immediately we had to go with her! Her professionalism, friendliness, familarity of the area and her approach to sell caught our eyes and she did not disappoint! Kaining kept the whole selling process hassle free and stress free but she made sure we knew exactly what was going on during the campaign with detailed reports every week. We achieved an amazing results together & I would highly recommend her to all my family&friends!!!
