His experience of selling houses in the area made us realise he understood the sort of buyers who wished to live in Warrandyte. His advertising program was very specific to appeal to the type of buyers who wanted to continue the lifestyle specific to this property. We grow our own food and preferred to have buyers who would like to take over where we left off. He made us feel confident in this goal could be achieved. The fact that we sold to a young family at a price that suited all of us and who were as keen as we were to continue the same way, showed Robin's people skills.
