Two houses sold by Luke this year, both great results.
Luke definitely has the 'gift of the gab', but in a good way I assure you. He takes the stress out of the selling process by taking a relaxed, realistic approach to the campaign. Luke's knowledge of the area and understanding of the market allows him to effectively manage both the vendors and potential buyers expectations. He doesn't over promise, or under price - he connects the right buyers with their ideal house, and delivers good results for the vendor. Highly recommended.

Daniel is professional, honest, enthusiastic, supportive and has great communication skills. Well-informed of the marketplace, he is an outstanding auctioneer and negotiator. The dealings I had with Daniel Bolton were professional and friendly. There communication was first rate, answered all questions with expertise, put me in touch with a terrific gardener to assist with preparing for sale. The house was only on the market 7 days before selling which tells me it was marketed properly and priced correctly. Fletchers were easy to deal with and kept the whole experience real, honest and easy.
