Led by Reily Waterfield who assembled a team of first class professionals to organise our Ad Campaign the whole process was stress free and smooth. Reilly exceeded all our expectations and we found him charming, professional and easy to communicate with. Sale of old 1950s weatherboard house.
Very professional salesman, with a good understanding of where the local Ringwood market is at. Hard worker who managed to sell the house off-market and achieved a great price given the flat-lined housing market. Pleasant to deal with and not too pushy. Honest approach. Highly recommended.

Great professional service
Daniel was able to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable at the open, the house was presented well and the music from the iPad was a great touch along with the little comments throughout the property. We were kept well informed and provided all required information in a timely matter. Would highly recommend Fletchers Mooroolbark.

Rockin Recommendation for Reilly
We can't speak highly enough about Reilly, Tim and the team at Fletchers for there enthusiasm, honesty and hard work in getting our property sold. They didn't try to buy our business, they did the hard yards and sold our property quickly and for a sum we were happy with. We have brought and sold real estate many times over the last 15 years and we found that Reilly was willing to work for us in an environment where a Real Estate Agent now has to know the market to make a sale. It is no longer enough for a Real Estate Agent to get a listing and wait for a buyer because there are more buyers than properties for sale as it was a couple of years ago. A true Real Estate Agent must work for it and be hungry for a sale.
