We signed up with Daniel Bolton and Lisa Sorrell from Fletchers Real Estate after interviewing a number of agents from various companies. These guys stood out as very clear communicators with a well structured sales plan. They were able to recommend the most appropriate marketing mediums for our property, location, target demographic and budget. They were friendly, extremely easy to get along with and always willing to go out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They were flexible with meeting times and willing to accommodate our own busy schedules. Daniel and Lisa also kept us well updated on the progress of the sales campaign. On auction day Daniel ran a very smooth auction and had multiple Fletchers agents on hand to encourage and work with bidders. His negotiation and sales skills were excellent, which ensured we got the best possible price for our home. After the auction, we met with the purchasers of our property, who also commented on how friendly and easy to work with Daniel and Lisa were. Overall we found Daniel, Lisa and the whole Fletchers team to be fantastic to work with and would highly recommend them to all our friends and family!
