Great Agent Great Result
After interviewing several agents we decided to list our property with Rielly at Fletchers. We are more than happy with the way they managed the auction campaign for us. Rielly and Sam and all the staff involved have been excellant in the way they have communicated with us whether it was regarding marketing, providing feedback from the open homes or keeping us calm on the day of auction. Highly reccomend
Daniel came out with Sam to do the initial appraisal of our home and worked alongside Sam to help us make some important decisions about the sale of our home (we took an offer 7 days after being on the market & chose not to go to auction). Daniel helped talk us through all our options and the pro's and con's of each. He was not at all pushy (unlike other agents) and offered genuine advice. We were really happy that we took our business to Fletchers!

Fantastic result and auction
Reilly and his team did a fantastic job selling our property, both during the campaign and on auction day as the auctioneer. We had relocated out of Melbourne and employed the services of a sellers advocate to deal with Reilly and the team and manage our sale. Reilly was fantastic with both our advocate and ourselves. They had a huge number of people through the property and did a great job promoting it. A result of $370,000 above our reserve was a fantastic achievement and we're all obviously very happy. Would definitely sell or buy through Reilly and Fletchers again should we return to Melbourne.
