Choosing Robert Sheahan from Fletchers Real Estate Blackburn turned out to be the best decision I could possibly have made. I met with at least 6 other agents over a 12 month period and even went as far as signing with a local agent six months prior to meeting Robert. It became apparent very quickly that this local agent was all front and no substance and the prospect of selling my home was becoming extremely stressful and daunting. When a close friend suggested I meet with Robert to get his opinion, I was hesitant but agreed. From the moment I met Robert I just knew he was the perfect fit, he spoke openly and honestly about his opinion of the value of my property which I found extremely refreshing, no smoke screens just facts. Robert made everything that I was to expect during the campaign very clear up front and it all seemed to run like clockwork. To actually go through with the sale of my home was an extremely emotional decision, Robert was very respectful of my feelings at all times and never made me feel uneasy. Two nights prior to the auction date Robert had arranged for a private inspection for 7pm, between 7pm and 9:30pm Robert was in deep negations with the protective buyer whilst keeping me informed at all times.It wasn't until close to 10pm that Robert arrived at my house with a written offer, the deal was done! The whole experience was very relaxed, no pressure. Robert definitely went above and beyond any expectation,after leaving my house Robert then returned to the purchasers home for their sign off. After a long day at work then an even longer night I think he may have got home by 11pm, even then it appeared effortless, it really was an absolute pleasure.
