We approached 4 agents to take us through the selling process of our modest home. Fletchers were the stand out from our first meeting. Upfront communication of timelines, OFI timings, expectations of both parties, assistance on offer (interior designer/stylist with lots of hints and tips), realistic views of what was possible with kids (3 & 5 years old), understanding our time constraints, and all the while approachable, available, friendly, courteous, reliable, professional, honest, competent and most of all TRUSTWORTHY. At all times we felt our sale process was in good hands. Communication was regular and timely. After a very successful sale we have remained in contact with them and could not recommend them highly enough. Reilly is easy to talk to, experienced, professional and a great person to have heading up the sale of your house. He cuts the jargon and is empathetic to the sellers needs. He was a great ambassador for our sale/house and as it is such a personal thing, he really made it feel that we were enough included that we weren't just another number, but also not stressed and overwhelmed by being too involved. Right from the beginning, before the paperwork had even been signed, through to the unbelievable negotiating, Robin, Ian & Beverley gave amazing, ongoing communication and in turn, results. Before every open home Robin would contact us to ensure we were on track, and after every open, similar, to provide feedback. We would constantly hear from both Robin & Ian confirming where they were at and where the buyer interest was at. The Tuesday night offers were being presented we didn't know what to expect. We had overwhelming numbers through the opens and after only two Saturdays on the market were presented with an overwhelming number of offers.
