I knew the moment I met Daniel he was our guy to sell our house, so much so that we cancelled the next real estate agent we were meant to meet! Daniel was warm, friendly, well spoken and knew the area well and had obtained great results in the area. To be honest though, I think it was more his personality that drew us to him. I believed he could really connect well and build a good rapport with any buyer, as he was such as likeable person and that was really important to me. Daniel's sidekick, Lisa, was also amazing.
