Excellent service & made the whole process stress free.
Daniel and his team were impressive. The knowledge of the local market and the area gave me confidence that we would get the best result possible. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed through the whole process and given I was trying to sell in the middle of a COVID lockdown this was so important. Daniel ensured that I had regular feedback after all inspections and worked with us to get the result we wanted. I'd highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Above and Beyond
After being given a selection of Agents through Open Agent and meeting them all I decided to sign up with Daniel and Paul. They are both very easy to get along with, make you feel comfortable and explain the whole process to you and you can ask any and as many questions you like. They are very knowledgeable and give you straight up responses no 'fluffing around. Daniel has a good eye for picking things up around your home that may need attention before going to sale that you may have missed or not thought about. Paul dealt with the sale of my home with Daniel in the background if need be. Paul went 'Above and Beyond' and definitely worked for me as his client, worked alongside me as well as making a good repore with the Buyers. Paul would always have a quick catch up after inspections were finished - how things went, what his thoughts and observations were. The professionalism and commitment from Paul certainly showed after achieving a great outcome for the sale of my home and both Daniel and Paul came together again at the end to complete the sale with contracts. I can't recommend these two agents highly enough for selling your home and getting you through the selling process with ease, understanding of your circumstances and a more than satisfactory outcome.

Fantastic Sale Agent
From my first meeting with Daniel, I felt confident and secure that our investment property is in good hands. He was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. His local knowledge and top selling results were compelling. I quickly trusted his advice and had a great marketing campaign, advised after each inspection what was happening and I was kept informed every step of the way and tried his best to get to a better price. Awesome team, all around !! Fantastic experience and I highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Outstanding Customer Service and Professional
Initially, Daniel showed interest and was keen to represent us for the sale of our property. When speaking about our property Daniel had plenty of input and suggestions and Had a different marketing strategy that appealed to us. He was always open and honest and constantly provided feedback. Daniel also provided feedback and assistance when we were looking for a property to purchase! I would 100% use Daniel again in any future sales!

Daniel & the team sold a property for me recently

Very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Daniel and his assistant Lisa, were very thorough in planning our sale. Pointing out how the market was moving and how to get the best out of our house. Nothing was any trouble for them and they answered all of our calls , emails and messages with a very pleasant attitude. Would recommend them to anyone who is wishing to get top Dollar for their house.

I actually only ever spoke to Daniel once
While I appointed Fletchers on the basis of Daniel’s glowing sales record in all honesty I really only dealt with his associate Lisa and I’m not sure if Daniel was actually involved in the sale of my mother’s property or not.
