We first met Josh when purchasing a larger beach house to suit our changing family needs. He was most professional and thorough and liaised well between us and the vendor. The outcome was pleasing for us. We then needed to sell our existing home and interviewed several agents including Josh. We chose Josh because we had dealt with him as a purchaser and felt he was fair and reasonable and also realistic. I also liked the fact that Josh was a local who grew up on the Peninsula and had a really good understanding of the area and market. Throughout the campaign Josh kept us informed at all times and gave wise counsel. We were especially impressed with his negation skills required after the house was passed in at auction. We sold on the day and were satisfied with the price. We are in the position of having dealt with Josh as both purchasers and vendors and have been very happy with the way things have turned out.
