I was lucky to have Robin recommended to me by a friend who had used him previously. I’d spoken with one other agent prior, a fine option I supposed. Then I met Robin. I was being proactive about the selling of Mum’s home when she moved into care, something which had not happened yet; I had time on my side and was happy not to rush. I just wanted to know who I’d call when the time came. I met with Robin and immediately decided that he would be the one. I knew Mum, uninvolved in this decision, would approve too. He was not pushy, but I felt he’d skilfully propel the potential buyers gently but firmly in the upwards direction. He was available, approachable, knowledgeable, helpful. When the time came, he was able to move as fast as I needed, and also to change with the fact that months had passed and the market altered.
