I should say a big thank you to Harpreet Walia and his team for their help in finding me an investment property. After going through many real estate people(like YPA, BarryPlant, Jason Montello) I strongly suggest to every one this is the guy to deal with in buying or selling properties. He is very genuine and gives great suggestions. Guys please don't trust and fall for other's marketing skills who always try to push you to increase your offer more than the value of the property worth in today's market and make themselves money. Harpeet displayed exceptional confidence in his ability to sell our home yet was humble as he credited his success to previous mentors and his team rather than just his own abilities. Harpeet was faced with a storm of great obstacles that he overcame with patience, courage and integrity. He displayed exceptional integrity when he came on his day off to clean the concrete outside to help the property be ready for the upcoming photo shoot using his own pressure washer. My wife suffered sciatica pain during her pregnancy and as I was working shift work we were unable to get the house ready in time for the photo shoot. My wife was upstairs in tears wanting to cancel as the house was not ready. Harpeet displayed exceptional leadership qualities when without hesitation he helped to finish the house off to be ready and commanded, like a fearless general, for his team to do the same.
