Highly recommended Real Estate Agent
I should say a big thank you to Harpreet Walia and his team for their help in finding me an investment property. After going through many real estate people(like YPA, BarryPlant, Jason Montello) I strongly suggest to every one this is the guy to deal with in buying or selling properties. He is very genuine and gives great suggestions. Guys please don't trust and fall for other's marketing skills who always try to push you to increase your offer more than the value of the property worth in today's market and make themselves money. I have gone through many of these real estate people. The above mentioned few names of real estate people are just an example to whom I have contacted and placed offers on properties and withdrawn before I made a deal through Flethers Whyndham.

Delighful Agent!

From the first meeting Harpreet could not have done any more to help us have a smooth ride while selling our property we are very impressed with the service and advice that we received, we sold our property within two weeks on the market. Harpreet bought the best offer we could ask and he negotiated further to exceed our expectations.
