When we made the difficult decision to sell our house in waratah to downsize due to health reasons we turned to flex realty and Justin not only because we knew them but they have a proven track record of selling properties in our community and a strong understanding of the town. Justin was excellent in advising us on the sale and the difficulties of selling such a unique property such as ours that we had built by hand, an extensive native garden and a holiday cottage. We agreed on a realistic price and the process started. Justin kept us informed at all times and his advice was most appreciated and in notime he delivered a sale over our asking price, job well done. We couldn't be happier with Justin's knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm. We would have no qualms about recommending Justin and flex realty to anyone and were so impressed that we bought our new house with them.

Great agent, a couple little issues
Would easily recommend Justin , very easy going , nothing was too big of an issue, but there was a couple little things, on that magical settlement day , we go to pick up the keys from realestate, no congratulations, and after hearing everyone’s experiences when buying some even used flex , told us of how you will recieve a congratulatory hamper from realestate, that magic moment never happened, like I said it’s probably something small but it was a deflating moment , especially given the responses we received from our bank and solicitors, by comparison it was a little disappointing, and we also didn’t get all keys , vendors had to drop off , seemed a little unorganised, all in all good agent , just a couple small things but an effective agent!

Rainy Winter Service
We called Justin on a very cold rainy winter day and wanted to meet with him within an hour. Justin came directly to the site in the rain, wind and cold and never thought twice (or maybe he did and didn't let on that he thought I was crazy😁). Within about 15 minutes I requested the paperwork to put in an offer and he kindly stood in the rain and filled out the paperwork. I could not give Justin high enough praises for dealing with this crazy American.
