Justin initially gave me an honest market assessment on a sale price and advice as to how to improve the chances of a sale. All this advice was followed and the property was cleaned up and freshened up with a new coat of paint inside, and new drapes as needed. I now fully understand why Flex is the name of this real estate agent. With my work commitments and schedule, I needed someone that would be available for ME when it was convenient and Flex were certainly very flexible in this regard being prepared to meet and travel to me when it was suitable.
