About Donna

A finalist in Telstra's 2009 Business Women of the year, Donna was recognised as one of the countries most inspirational business women. After receiving several nominations Donna was shortlisted from over 6000 entries to become one of the top five finalists, an incredible achievement. Living and working locally. Donna and her partners have built all facets of their real estate business into one of the most successful award winning agencies within the northern coastal corridor. With more than 17 years specialising in the Leasing and Management of over 850 rental investment properties. Client satisfaction, communication, honesty and efficiency are the differences between experience and inexperience. Donna is also a licensed Sales Representative, a lecturer for the real estate industry, has her Diploma of Property along with Cert IV in training and Assessment and has extensive ongoing training in the field in order to reach a level of excellence in professional friendly service.

About Misty

Misty began her real estate career in 2001 in the administrative sector, rising quickly within the company to become Strata Office Manager for a number of years. Misty had some time off following the birth of her second child, returning to real estate as soon as she could in 2012. Soon afterward Misty studied to become a licensed real estate representative and received her registration in July 2013. Today she works with our team as a Property Manager loving her job and the fast-paced atmosphere.

I’ve had a great experience with Misty Smith and Donna Wilding over many years. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants and the property. Smooth sailings

Donna is really easy to deal with, she addresses issues that come up quickly and is quick to respond to emails. I have not had many issues in the many years I have had her as my agent. Any minor issues have been dealt with quickly and without any problems or lengthy delays. She is good with her progress reports when dealing with repairs. Just good to deal with someone that does what they say and I don't have to constantly follow up with like I do with other agents.
