My husband and I were wanting to sell our long time family property. We knew this would be an emotional time and having the right aganet was important. We decided to go "agent shopping" - visiting several open houses to see how the different agents approached selling homes. We both decided on Jenna as she was helpful, positive and approachable. We signed up with Jenna and things just kept getting better. We first thought we would sell our property as 2.5 acres but this put us into a smaller market share of buyers so with Jenna's knowledge and contacts we decided to subdevide. This was quite a long process however Jenna was checking in on us often to make sure it was all going well. Then when it came to the buyers - it was clear there were some unrealistic people around - not a problem for Jenna "we will show them" she said and we certainly did!! The negotiation process was stressful for us but Jenna carried that load - always being availabe to listen to our concerns and help us deal with any issues. In a nutshell you will not regret signing up with Jenna. She is the most hardworking, diligent, approachable, clever, reliable and helpful agent. Always arriving with a smile and absolutely NOTHING is too much trouble for her. She really did work for us "the sellers" never pressuring us to take rediculous offers and she made sure everything to do with the sale ran smoothly. Thank you Jenna!!
