We had our house listed with another agent for 18 months prior to listing with Nathan. Though we received 2 offers they they did not come to fruition. We took our house off the market for several months & did some work to it. When we were ready to sell we made the decision to list with Nathan. From the first call he was enthusiastic and highly motivated. He made suggestions to make the property more saleable that were welcomed. He backed himself on the marketing expense so we were not out of pocket, and he put together a great video & still footage of the house. The footage was was invaluable as an interstate buyer was prepared to go to contract sight unseen. Fortunately for us a local buyer was also interested. Nathan handled all the negotiations professionally and we were thrilled with the outcome. We had a contract on our house in around 3 weeks - 4 weeks from initial contact with Nathan. I really cannot speak highly enough of Nathan. As busy working professionals Nathan went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an agent, to make the transaction as simple and swift as possible. Nathan not only listed at a fair and accurate price but he then promptly found a buyer. But the service did not stop there. Nathan then went on to liaise with the buyers for us taking care of all their requests, organised the lawns to be done throughout the process, arranged for the pool to be cleaned, arranged for a roof to be painted and he even organised new batteries in all the blind remotes for the new owners (at his own expense), and came to the property to personally fix a broken door! We did not have to lift a finger, or even make a phone call. Nathan took care of all the details and in doing so removed a lot of stress from the sale. You just don't get service like this anymore. Anyone who does not engage Nathan should think again. Nathan deserved every cent of the very reasonable commission he charged us on the sale. Would highly recommend!
