Very Professional

I would like to thank Jenna Shingles for being extremely professional and helpful in the process of purchasing my new home. Nathan successfully provided a comprehensive sales platform with minimal marketing costs

I highly recommend Nathan Shingles because he succeeded in selling our property in a very tough market. The final price we achieved was not as much as we wanted, but the market in Cairns has been extremely slow and Nathan perservered for a year until we finally got an acceptable offer. We started the sales process in 2015 and after trying out 1 or 2 unsuccessful agents who attracted only "tyre kickers" we engaged Nathan early in 2016, without much hope of achieving a sale any time soon in the near future. Nathan was great because he organised fabulous photos - a professional photographer equipped with a drone camera showcased the highlights of our property - views, acreage etc. Nathan ran Open Homes for us week after week, and remained positive even when nobody showed up! The difference between Nathan and the other sales agents was that he qualified buyers prior to viewings so that we only had genuinely interested parties come through the property. There is nothing worse than spending valuable time and money showcasing your property only to find the 'prospects" are time-wasters or nosy neighbours who actually have no intention whatsoever of buying. Thanks Nathan - highly recommended
