Nathan has sold several properties on my behalf and on all occasions has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Communication, reaction time and strategy is critical dealing with property in which Nathan excels . Nathan in my view is an absolute professional that you can rely upon and I would not consider any other agent.

Jenna is thorough, honest and realistic. Jenna advised us on the comparable market in the area, was realistic with the price, she was definitely thorough and honest with communication and this worked for us. Having recently relocated to Cairns from the Capricorn Coast, and having little knowledge of the area, we were very relieved to find you Nathan. We had viewed a few properties in the area, listed with other agents, and we found that your knowledge, professionalism and integrity was second to none. Many thanks for your support throughout the purchase of our home. You kept us well informed throughout the process and you were always prompt to respond to all of our enquiries. Excellent service. We look forward to working with you in the near future.

Our First Home purchase was something of excitement but also daunting, having never bought property before. Bring in Jenna, her calming but professional approach to the way the sale was handled made everything a breeze. We fell in love with the house from the first time we saw it and we knew we had to have it. Jenna realised our dream and worked hard in securing the sale. Her skills and patience got the sale over the line and it was all handled with ease and professionalism. I highly recommend Jenna and FNQ Hot property to all.

I purchased an investment unit with Jenna Shingle's assistance in late 2016. Jenna was helpfulness itself and could not have been more forthcoming with communication and assistance. I rate her services in this matter very highly and would have no hesitation in purchasing through her again.

We have dealt with Nathan previous to this purchase and found him to be highly credible. He communicated with us both throughout the buy process and after the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Nathan, no matter what hour of the day, or day of the week. Nathan is an outstanding agent who will gain and hold your confidence, so much so that we retained his services to sell one of our properties the following year.

After using another agent for about 6 weeks without success we called Nathan and he had the property sold within 10 days. He was knowledgeable about the area and agreed with our pricing suggestion. On top of that he seems like a nice guy.
