I and Susan worked for 18months to sell our very unique and special house which we advertently put on the market in a downturn market and very choosy buyers not looking for unique homes with our special features. Nathan attempted to match buyers with our property many times but unfortunately one of the buyers was after something plainer. Nathan used his own resources and dollars to show total commitment to us and we see him and his family as close friends not just the selling agents. We highly recommend Jenna and Nathan of Hot Property over all the other local agents as we did try them and interview most and came away unimpressed and dollar poor from some until we built the relationship with Hot Property and Nathan. The other main thing is Nathan lives in the area and believes in Bluewater and its lifestyle value which we enjoyed for 5 years also!
