I found Nathan to be very energetic and driven in his role. He acted quickly and answered all queries immediately and effectively. He was very quick to provide feedback after every open home and viewing. I believe the market is currently not in a great place in Cairns and the fact that I was buying in the same market made the price I accepted a little easier. I wasn't happy with the price, but I had to accept the market at the time, if I wanted to sell. I would recommend Nathan to other sellers, particularly those in the Bluewater Estate area, as that is definitely his area of expertise. Having him live close by in the vicinity of Bluewater also assisted.
