Highly Recommended!
We needed to sell our property quickly after our offer on our new home was accepted, we had purchased through Jenna and it made sense to list our home for sale with her too. Their advertising deal is second to none, and the placement on realestate.com coupled with pricing our property correctly meant Jenna had people from day 2 on the market and we sold on day 5! We would highly recommend listing your home with Jenna & Nathan at FNQ Hot Property.

Highly Recommended!
We met Jenna at an open house for the property that is now our home. Right from the start Jenna was open and friendly whilst always maintaining her professionalism. She led the negotiations and made the whole transaction seamless and easy from our perspective. We would highly recommend the services of both Jenna and Nathan at FNQ Hot Property and did in fact sell our property via Jenna also.

Lost for words
I'm really not sure where to start, as words can't describe how thankful myself and my family are to Nathan & Jenna for not only their professionalism in selling my home but their relentless positivity and work ethic. They went above and beyond in every aspect of my sale. Nathan would keep me updated with information after every inspection, every enquiry, and worked long into the evening when it came to contract signing time. I highly recommend Nathan for the sale and or rental of your property. You will be in safe, honest hands and won't be disappointed. We will be looking to purchase our new family home in the coming months and I can't wait to have Nathan by our side to help us through the process again.

The Best & Only Agent To Use In Cairns
Jenna is always very professional and most importantly is always at the end of the phone, should you have a question, unlike other agents, who never seem to get back to you or take days to reply.

Got the Job done!
Nathan was always in touch keeping us in loop of all open homes and private viewings. Put the hard yards in when they were needed spent the time with us in explaining what we can do to improve the house and get the sale. Great job overall and would recommend to anyone.
