Selling or buying property is never something that's easy or say at least is pleasant, but that's exactly what both Nathan and Jenna at FNQ Hot Property do well and exceed at. I know I'm supposed to rate Nathans credentials here but I believe the efforts from both Nathan and Jenna to sell our old home and find our new home is deserving in giving them both a mention here. Our new house was never on the market, a brand new display home, a secret home lets say, they had the contacts to find us our dream home. This is something that Nathan and Jenna do well, they focus in on what the client wants and endeavour to deliver the dream to become a reality. They may be our agents but we consider them our good friends. We speak highly of both Nathan and Jenna, great agents who deliver the results.

Nathan worked tirelessly and persistently in a soft market opening my property up to three times a week and ensuring it was presently in top condition to ensure that prospective buyers were given ample opportunity to inspect and purchase my property. As an absentee, interstate owner, Nathan took the hassle out of selling.

My property was unique in this area subsequently hard to value, Nathan stuck with us for over 12 months before receiving a offer. Nathan on his own volition negotiated the price up by $5000. Nathan was genuinely concerned that we received the best possible price. Being a retired builder and having worked in and around the realestate industry all my working life, to find a agent who genially had my welfare in mind was delightful I confidently recommend Nathen and would happily provide a verbal reference to any perspective vendor considering using Nathan's services

After a quiet few months on the market, Nathan found a cash buyer and had the place sold in two weeks. Very happy with the end result, would be happy to use again.

Buying and selling is not an easy process but Nathan did everything in his power to make it as pain free as possible. He worked with us for convenient viewing times and kept us up to date at every stage. His professionalism, integrity and commitment can not be faulted and we can only thank him for keeping us going when we wanted to give up. Nathan also managed to get us a sale price above our expectations, which really helped with the purchase of our new home, which he also greatly assisted us with. When things didn't go to plan with our settlement Nathan stayed in constant contact and did everything within his power to get things back on track, going above and beyond what we believe any other agent would have. In conclusion we could not recommend Nathan Shingles more highly, he made us feel like we were his top priority at all times from listing to settlement.

The market was struggling at the time we decided to sell our house, after several agents and sitting on the market for a good 12 months we turned to Nathan who was the one who brought us the serious buyers and we sold. Also listed one of our investments properties (again in a tough market) with him and he has just sold this also!

Honest and very helpful settling our contract. Had one contract fall through but was resourceful in helping us to achieve a sale. Confident agent who is honest in his dealings. What more do you want, other than a better price. Recommend if you want these attributes

Nathan has an honest approach to selling. None of the pushing and shuffing which some agents are famous for . I will have Nathan sell my property again and recommend him to my friends as my prefered real estate agent.

This is the second time we have used the services of FNQ Hot Property, and will use their services again. Nathan and Jenna were both amazing throughout the entire process of selling our beautiful home. Nathan’s hard negotiation skills ensured the best possible price for our home. In doing this, Nathan set a record for the area and surrounding suburbs by an extraordinary $39,000. Nathan's attention to detail is second to none. He set us up for open homes to give us the best chance of pleasing potential buyers. He also provided us with constructive feedback to assist us in selling. Nathan and Jenna are by far the most professional real estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I can't recommend FNQ Hot Property highly enough for a stress free sale or purchase of property.
