Buying and selling is not an easy process but Nathan did everything in his power to make it as pain free as possible. He worked with us for convenient viewing times and kept us up to date at every stage. His professionalism, integrity and commitment can not be faulted and we can only thank him for keeping us going when we wanted to give up. Nathan also managed to get us a sale price above our expectations, which really helped with the purchase of our new home, which he also greatly assisted us with. When things didn't go to plan with our settlement Nathan stayed in constant contact and did everything within his power to get things back on track, going above and beyond what we believe any other agent would have. In conclusion we could not recommend Nathan Shingles more highly, he made us feel like we were his top priority at all times from listing to settlement.

Sold our house in a very struggling market!
The market was struggling at the time we decided to sell our house, after several agents and sitting on the market for a good 12 months we turned to Nathan who was the one who brought us the serious buyers and we sold. Also listed one of our investments properties (again in a tough market) with him and he has just sold this also!

Honest and very helpful settling our contract. Had one contract fall through but was resourceful in helping us to achieve a sale. Confident agent who is honest in his dealings. What more do you want, other than a better price. Recommend if you want these attributes

Very happy dealing with Nathan and FNQ Hot Property during the purchase of our new home. Nathan was very accommodating with inspection times and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner.
