I engaged Scott Norrington of Forsyth Real Estate Pty Ltd to sell my apartment in Gordon, because Scott sold my ex-neighbour’s apartment a few years ago and the latter was very happy with Scott’s local knowledge and professionalism in dealing with the prospective buyers. I followed Scott’s advice as how to renovate in order to give it the best chance of selling.
