Thomas first sold a unit at Artarmon for us, followed by a Chatswood unit, Wahroonga house and now a unit at Gladesville. Throughout each campaign he has guided us expertly through the sale process, giving us a thorough picture of the current market and the options available to us. Two units were sold by private treaty, the other properties at auction. His advice on the advertising campaign and strategies to maximise our exposure to the market were brilliant, as was his advice on styling and presentation. He met with us well before each auction to explain the various triggers that affect the way the auction would react. Each auction was very well coordinated. His market appraisal readied us for a congested market and we got more than expected but less that what we would have liked.
