Thomas was the selling agent for the property we recently purchased. He was very professional, helpful and prompt with any queries we had about the property and helped us with organising inspections to take measurements of our new home.

Joe was very prompt with all aspects of the purchase. He understood our limits and worked hard to achieve them. I would recommend Joe as an agent.

James's strategy was to put the property on the market fully styled and depending on responses adjust the auction date accordingly, we also had the Federal election to work around. In the end we were able to sell at a good price with-out having to go to auction. It was pretty stress free and we felt we were in capable hands. Thanks James.

Joe Campisi was very professional in every aspect of the process of selling our unit in Artarmon. He kept us informed of progress and inspections regularly throughout the time the unit was on the market with weekly activity reports and more. He was often in contact, even on a daily basis, as required. Joe was very aware of the current market situation and advised us each step of the way as to the best steps to take in seeing our unit sold for the best possible price. He negotiated well on our behalf. Overall, my brother and I were pleased and satisfied with the efforts of Joe and Forsyth Real Estate.
