It was at an open home where we met Thomas, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable so he definitely gave us a great first impression. Thomas was extremely well prepared for our first meeting, was very honest and explained to us very thoroughly what the process of sale would be. During the campaign, Thomas was excellent in communicating with us regarding the feedback from prospective buyers and he was always talking to them and keeping them engaged and interested in the property. Before the auction, Thomas made sure he briefed us on the different scenarios that could happened on the day which gave us piece of mind knowing that he has thought of all case scenarios and had a strategy for them, Thomas also was always very accomodating with us when having the meetings as we have a young family and he always worked around our crazy schedule. The day of the auction, Thomas and the team were extremely professional and made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be… we knew we were in good hands!
