Thomas was outstanding. After a meeting to decide on a marketing strategy and time line Thomas constantly delivered. The gardening, home styling, photography, online marketing, brochure printing and distribution was done in 2 weeks. Thomas would phone and email with updates on a regular basis keeping me in the loop with potential leads, comments and offers. His strategy and predictions were spot on except when it came to the auction - we were all blown away by the opening bid and ending up selling the villa for an unexpected excellent price. And all in 6 weeks. I highly recommend Thomas as your agent.

From our first meeting I knew that Thomas was very experienced and knowledgeable of the Sydney property market. Despite never actually being in the same room I knew that Thomas was some one we could trust and rely on to represent us and get us the best possible result. He helped us come up with a sales plan and backup plans and realistic sales goals. Through the whole process Thomas did the heavy lifting, allowing us to focus on the important decisions. He checked in regularly only as needed and we felt that we were kept in the loop but not overwhelmed. This was important as overseas sellers.
