Over a period of six months, I had interviewed about eight local real estate agents and sought their advice about selling my house. Firstly, I bought a 2 bedroom apartment from Rick in a retirement village in Mosman so that my house in Glebe could be styled. He assisted me by recommending a solicitor who knows about such villages and also in a quick settlement. He then asked me if he could sell my house.
