Thank you Carla for providing good advice to us during the whole buying process. She is very helpful and she responded to our questions in timely manner. There were quite a lot of small issues during deal, luckily everything is fixed at the end. Well done Carla.

When I first saw Carla, she was very friendly, polite and patiently answered many questions about the house, which impressed me a lot. After that, I took our family members to see the house for many times. Carla answered many questions about the house, the builder, the street and the culture of the community with enthusiasm and professionalism. We were very happy and satisfied to buy this sunny house with a big balcony. I also hope to buy and sell houses in the future with Carla to agent. Because I think she is a responsible salesperson. thank you

Our family home was up for sale. My two sisters and myself invited a number of agents to appraise the property. Some were full of promises, others were full of self confidence. Rick was open and straight talking and we felt we could trust him. He even organised people from his church to take some of our stuff for their fete! We gave Rick and his team the opportunity to market and sell our home. His advice and recomendations led to a great campaign that ended with a satisfied couple buying at a price we were happy with. I think you too will be happy if you go with Rick.

We chose Rick over other agents due to his personable and friendly approach along with a good knowledge base. Rick went out of his way to help us get the house ready for sale. His attention to detail and advice gave us a good result. Rick communicates well with his clients and is always available to talk. He was easy to talk to and discussed options without being pushy. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rick to anyone selling a property.

Carla works very hard and didn’t give up until last minutes. She always responds to me on time and with patience, no matter how late it is. She can stand on seller’s and the potential buyers’ interest at the same time. I’ll consider her to be my agent again in the future.

Rick kept me up to date through the entire process and was always honest about what was happening during the sale of my home. He worked diligently to make sure that there were active, interested bidders at the auction and listened to my expectations and did not waiver on auction day.
