I approached Carla Huang of Forsyth Real Estate to sell our 3 bedroom home at 8 Kareela Road, Chatswood in October last year. My reason for choosing Forsyth was purely due to Carla - I felt that she was the agent who could secure me the greatest price for my house in Chatswood. My reason for this opinion was that I attended an auction 12 months earlier in the next street (9 Davies Street) and her knowledge of the buyers, and the price she subsequently attained for her vendors ($2.6m) was unparalleled. I feel that Carla achieved the maximum we could extract from the market (a street record) at an exceedingly difficult time for vendors (November 2015). Her attention to detail and her appreciation of the target market really gave us an advantage and I would recommend her unreservedly and without qualification.
