Not a happy landlord. Inspections use previous reports, updated very little, comments from previous visits recorded. Tenants attach picture hooks to walls, walls have indents??? No responsibility placed on exiting tenants, why ask the landlord to fix these problems?

The team recommended a new rental rate, quite a lot higher than the previous rent and handled it all through to achieving this rent and getting good tenants with good references. There was a slight disconnect as we had different people involved in the process rather than one person, so we were a little lost at times. Maybe let landlords know up from who will be doing what function. Small thing really, the result was excellent
