If regular agent is away we are notified and contact details for a backup are provided. Can always reach out with questions, always responsive and get the answers directly. I feel that there needs to be more consideration for the amount of rent and the term of tenancy. I’ve utilised Four walls for more than 3 years and when there is a new ten near found the term and rental price should always be an upfront question that is confirmed by the landlord.
