They are a small, friendly family run business that took their time to understand my needs when renting out and eventually selling my property. I got a very honest and upfront understanding of what my property was worth, and the market conditions i was dealing with. The Fox First rental department has been great! They've been very selective of the tenants they've placed in my property and when the property recently became vacant, they had 5 good applications lined up almost immediately, which achieved a higher rental yield thanks to the competition. The property is actually quite old, so what we've really been impressed by is how they manage the upkeep. It almost feels as though they own the property because they go above-and-beyond to recommend and find strategies to keep the costs low, especially when repairs are needed, which is great for us since this is an investment property. Also, they have a bank of tradespeople and handymen that don't overcharge and if it's not necessary to make the repairs, they'll advise us and let us make the decision. Essentially, what Fox First provides is a personalised service, so you're property wont just be another number like the bigger mobs. I highly recommend Fox First if you have a rental property!

I’m really happy with the level of service from Stav and his team. They are always one step ahead (confirming market rental rates and always having clear monthly statements making my life easier).
