I bought my first property from Stave’s as well. It was 4 years ago. Before selling my property I contacted few Agents. But we decided to go with Stav because of few reasons. 1. It was very easy to communicate with Stav. He understood our background and he tried to help us with that. He didn’t try to forcefully change anything like some other Agents. 2. He explains whole selling process to us. There are no surprises in that process. 3.He is very cooperative. 4. And also he gives all the recommendations for our buying process as well. 5. I've both bought, sold and rented properties through Stav and Fox First Real Estate, and Stav would have to be one of the best around! He is a breath of fresh air in an Industry where (let's face it), it's difficult to find an agent you can really trust. He sold my last property to the perfect buyer for a price I was extremely happy with....and all within just 10 days. What's more, he takes all the pressure off during the sale, I barely had to do a thing. Currently sold our property in Highett through Stav at Fox First. Being our first home up for sale and during a competitive market, we were very picky on who we wanted to represent us. From the start to the end, the process was thorough and very organised. We were thoroughly updated at the end of every inspection, customer service and communication skills was second to none.
