New tenant in 48 hours - amazing!
When I heard our existing tenant was leaving I was worried it would be difficult to find a new tenant given the current environment. Thanks to Laura we had a new tenant secured within 48 hours. Outstanding!!

Excellent service during a difficult period
Jane has been brilliant at keeping things moving along during the Covid lockdown period. She has successfully managed to lease one of my properties at a good rate and has been proactive all the way through the process. Great communication and quick tenant turnover!
As a complete contrast to my time to review, Jane at Frank Dowling has been great throughout the process to relist my investment property. She understood my grievances of my previous real estate agent and worked quickly to source a suitable tenant whilst keeping me updated along the way. She even offered to personally visit the property when the client contacted about a small issue.
