It was actually Jane who sold my property, not Joel :). Anyway, after looking at alternate agents, Jane's confidence was the telling factor. Although we had an off-market sale fall though, Jane rebounded and within 2 weeks the property was sold for a higher amount. A local agent with a great attitude. Many Thanks Jane!!
