Frank and his team did a fantastic job in achieving an outstanding result. Particulary as the property was not available for inspection until the day of the auction, due to Covid restrictions. His knowledge of the area and reading of market conditions during a difficult period was spot on. His advice on how to present and market the property was invaluable. Regular communication on progress allayed any concerns I may have had, since face to face discussions were not possible.
