As a buyers agent, its crucial to work with agents who are transparent and are committed to working together to get the best possible outcome for both the vendor and the buyer. Yiran was both of these! Yiran was an excellent communicator and was a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to the opportunity of working with Yiran in the near future.

Frankie has been incredible throughout the entire process. He is really knowledgeable about the real estate market and the different properties on the market. From the get-go, he communicated clearly with us establishing himself as one of the most genuine and trustworthy real estate agents we ever interacted with. He is always ready to help and assist in any way he can, empowering us to make the best decision we could. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future!

I highly recommend Frankie Liang and his great team. He is a very polite and helpful realtor. 20 years of living in Sydney, we never met anyone like Frankie. Every thing straight forward with him and very soft spoken. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Frankie. Wishing him the best in his future.

Frankie and Sou are the very reliable agent. They saved me from desperate, I gave my property to a local agent which is stone rockdale, that’s the worst experience I ever had. When they got your listing they will never talk to you, poor communication, no responsibility, I been holding back for 5 months with no income. I found Frankie and sou from website that they successfully sale another apartment that in the same building with me. Even they list their property later than me. So I contacted them, share my bad experience and explained my situation. They are very patient and try their best to help you, give you professional advice, also don’t want you to waste your money on unnecessary cost. They give their words to me and they made it, even I am not confident on the resale. Very very appreciated to Frankie and Sou’s efforts. Highly recommended to the owner who wants to put their property on the market also highly recommended to the people who had the same experience like me. Thank you again to Frankie and Sou. Thank you Frankada property group!

Frankie is reliable & professional agent. He listens carefully and tries his best to meet the target. Agent can sell your property in the good market but 5 star agent like Sou can help you even the market is becoming tough. He makes the impossible became possible.
