My family had just completed a sale with Yiran's help. I and my husband both agree that Yiran is by far the best person for the job: First, we believe that our property was sold at the just perfect timming before increase of the interest rate. It was immpossible to achieve without the help from Yiran in a such short time, as the potential buyers and pre-aution offer received were far from our expectation. Second, Not to mention she is able to accurately and promptly answer questions related to the sale of our property, she has provided useful information (i.e. law, accounting, etc) for us to make the best decision. Sometimes, thoughtful advice is provided even before we ask. She has almost handled every thing as she could for us, even though somethings were not generally in their scope of duties. As we do not live in Sydney, this saved us losts of time. Last, most of my close friends are her client as well, they also share the same opinion on Yiran and her company. She is the best agent I know without question!
