Est. 2019, Fredman Property Group was born out of a desire to fully personalise the real estate experience for both buyers and sellers across Brighton & Bayside. Specialising in prestige property from $3 - $30m, Joel has successfully sold over $250,000,000 worth of real estate under FPG, with many of Brighton's finest homes changing hands "off-market" with full discretion. Joel is recognised for his high level of authenticity, transparent communication and his ability to develop absolute trust with both the buyer & seller in every negotiation, which in unison has led to exceptional results for his clients on all occasions. In 2020/2021, during a restrictive COVID climate Joel sold over $130,000,000 worth of Bayside property.
