Knows how to sell
Had Josh over for an inspection to gauge a possible sale in a few months, this turned into a contract 3 weeks later. Was easy to deal with, communication was mostly via text which made it easy when working and juggling family, got me a good price and handled an awkward buyer well. Have recommend Josh to friends.

Excellent agent - would recommend to all friends and family.
We recently sold our property “off the market”. Josh was really easy to work with. He was very prompt in getting in touch post inspections, he was transparent and respectful with providing feedback and had a lovely, kind manner to deal with. Josh used SMS a lot to be in touch and we really liked this. It meant he would be quick to respond to any question and could be in contact when we were at work or otherwise busy. He would ring only when necessary - for the important conversations. We never felt under pressure to make decisions, Josh would keep us updated with timeframes we should be working with but did not ever coerce us in between. He was always on time and respectful with our home during visits.
